Your membership
Sovereign is operated by Vanessa du Plessis, trading as Sovereign, at 29 Grace Road, Observatory, Johannesburg, 2187, South Africa. It brings personal finances, wellbeing, health and goals into one workspace, with business discovery and optional support circles. Membership is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Keep your login secure, provide accurate account information and use only your own account.
A tool to support your decisions
Calculations, reflective questions and health tracking are for personal organisation and general information. They do not provide financial, investment, medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment. Check calculations and assumptions against your own records and consult an appropriate professional when needed. Outcomes, business enquiries and income are not guaranteed.
Respectful use
Do not harass others, share unlawful content, impersonate people, interfere with the service, misuse SOS alerts or upload information you have no right to share. You retain your rights in your content and permit us to process it to provide the features you choose. Only add emergency contacts who have agreed to this role. Information you post in a support circle can be seen by its members; avoid sharing confidential health or financial records there.
Subscriptions and business listings
Personal membership and business affiliate listings are separate subscriptions. Prices, recurring-payment authorisation, cancellation and refunds are explained in the Membership & Cancellation policy and at checkout. Business listings require approval; a payment does not automatically publish a listing. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed businesses supply their own products and services. Check their terms before buying.
SOS and availability
Read the SOS Information page before using the feature. Sovereign does not dispatch emergency services, monitor your safety or guarantee message delivery or a response. Access also depends on internet connectivity, your device and external service providers. We may perform maintenance and restrict misuse. Where reasonably possible, we will explain a suspension and allow you to contact support; urgent security or unlawful activity may require immediate action.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that South African law does not permit us to exclude, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact hello@hersovereign.com about a problem, cancellation or dispute. South African law applies, without removing any mandatory protections that apply to you. Changes to prices or material terms will be communicated before they apply; they will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
